They promised to repair my student's Macbook for a fee of £300, they failed - he retruned it and they wanted a further £160! They failed again! Now they say they won't repair or refund! He needs his Macbook to work remotely on his uni course and is £430 out of pocket! Shocking to treat a student this way! If I could choose 0 stars I would!
