Lightspace Management was formed in early 2008 to deal with the rental properties from unsold developments from both Lightspace Homes and private landlords. A wide range of services are now provided by the firm covering industrial, commercial and the residential sectors.
The practice has achieved considerable successful expansion by offering clients an efficient and cost effective professional service.
Our clients requirements are discussed at length to establish the exact scope and nature of the brief and a suitable fee structure can be agreed.
Lightspace Management provide the complete package of consultancy services including lettings, project management and construction management, repair, refurbishment evaluation, surveying services and construction supervisor.

Lightspace Homes have completed developments at Holme village near Holmfirth in the Peak District National Park, Drakes Yard Moldgreen Huddersfield and 164 Laund Road Salendine Nook Huddersfield.

Lightspace Management identified a clear need for an integrated approach to property lettings. We provide a full service for lettings.
